This week, SBRWA penned a response to a recent Crain’s New York’s editorial “Tear down an expressway to build up a community.” SBRWA’s response noted that although the Governor’s focus on converting the Sheridan Expressway to a community-friend boulevard is an important next step in the ongoing Sheridan conversion process, the final design must result from extensive community input and reflect the Community Vision’s goals.
